We tell you what needs organising, and work with you to make sure you have the right team around you – such as solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers. This means that you are in the best possible position to succeed once you and the right property – at which point we step in and take on the negotiations for you. We use our experience and skills to ensure you are the winning buyer, whilst securing the property at the very best price – only stepping back once the deal is formally agreed.
Fee: 0.25% + VAT of the agreed price of the property
(equates to 0.3% inc VAT)

With this service we stay with you until you have the keys in your hand. In addition to the ‘Negotiate’ service above we deal with everything for you all the way through to completion. The time from a deal being agreed to completing is a challenging and difficult period. We take away the hassle and worries that people often encounter when buying a property. We liaise with the estate agent, your solicitor, surveyor and mortgage broker, as well as any other agents in the chain to ensure things are carried out in a timely manner. We use our skills so that things happen in your best interests, whilst ironing out any bumps in the road that inevitably come along. You will be kept up to date on progress every step of the way and will always have the best advice on hand. This service not only means that you dramatically reduce the chance of something going wrong and the deal not going through, but you also speed up the process significantly at the same time.

A complete end-to-end solution for people wishing to invest in property that don’t have the knowledge or the time – or both! We start by understanding your plans before commencing the property search for you, making use of our knowledge and connections.
Choosing the right property for investment purposes is crucial and our experience will help you make the correct decision. Once a property has been selected we ‘Negotiate & Complete’ the deal, as per the service above. After completion we can assist in ensuring the property is ready to be let – this might involve arranging minor renovations, such as painting and decorating, or perhaps furnishing the property. Finally, we can find a letting agent to source a tenant and also look after the ongoing management of the property.

After an initial meeting to understand your requirements, we set about ending you your dream home. All the stress and hassle of searching online and speaking to agents disappears as we take on this role for you. We use our connections and inside knowledge to help identify suitable homes – this could even be something that is ‘off-market’. We will shortlist a selection of properties and offer advice to help you make the best decision. When you have decided on the perfect place we ‘Negotiate & Complete’ the deal as per the service above, ensuring you have the keys to your new home in your hands before you know it.
