Josh commenced his journey into the property world in 2006, when he joined a flagship office of one of the largest agents in London. In a short space of time he established himself as the leading negotiator within the office, repeatedly hitting targets and breaking numerous records.

An excellent ability to broker a deal, along with his friendly and approachable manner were an integral part of his success, that ultimately led to Josh managing the office to its best results since its inception. Josh was then headhunted to join one of the most recognised real estate companies in the world, where his strong negotiation skills and extensive network of connections helped many more people successfully sell their homes and investments.
During his 13 year career in estate agency, Josh witnessed many buyers struggle with the property buying process – mainly due to the lack of support or the correct advice. This was further compounded by transactions being heavily weighted in the sellers favour.
